Community Guidelines

SoftLov is built on kindness. Every member deserves to feel safe and respected. Treat others the way you would want to be treated.

• Use polite, considerate language in all interactions
• Respect boundaries — if someone isn't interested, accept it gracefully
• Celebrate diversity — we welcome all backgrounds, identities, and orientations
• Never pressure anyone for photos, meetings, or personal information

Your profile is your first impression. Keep it honest and genuine.

• Use real, recent photos of yourself — no filters that significantly alter your appearance
• Do not use photos of celebrities, other people, or AI-generated images
• Write an accurate bio that reflects who you truly are
• Do not create multiple accounts or fake profiles
• Impersonating another person is strictly prohibited

Our messaging feature is for building genuine connections — not harassment or solicitation.

• No unsolicited explicit content or sexual messages
• No spamming other members with repeated unwanted messages
• Never ask for or share financial information
• Do not send links to external sites, especially unknown or suspicious ones
• Report any messages that make you feel unsafe

The following behaviors will result in immediate permanent ban:

• Hate speech based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, or nationality
• Any form of harassment, bullying, or threats
• Sharing or soliciting intimate images without consent
• Soliciting money, crypto, or gifts from members
• Engaging with or targeting minors in any way
• Promoting violence or illegal activities

Our communities are themed spaces where members connect around shared interests. When participating:

• Keep posts relevant to the community's theme
• Do not post promotional content, advertisements, or spam
• Engage constructively — debate ideas, not people
• Support and encourage fellow community members
• Community moderators' decisions are final

If you see something that violates these guidelines, please report it. Your report helps keep the community safe.

• Use the report button on any profile, message, or post
• Our safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours
• Repeated or severe violations result in permanent removal
• False reports submitted in bad faith may result in action against the reporter

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

• Warning — for minor first-time violations
• Temporary suspension — for repeated or moderate violations
• Permanent ban — for severe or repeated violations
• Legal action — where required by law (e.g., criminal threats, CSAM)

Banned accounts forfeit any remaining subscription value. Appeals may be submitted to appeals@softlov.com.
